The project story
We built a complete social network in 60 days. Feed, auth, AI, paywall: everything. What blew me away is that the architecture was clean from day 1. No technical debt, ready to scale.
Noé Charmont CEO & co-founder, Strive
When we have an idea on Monday, it's live on Friday. In 7 years of working together, he built technical foundations so solid that the app still runs on €500 a month.

How we hold 1 week

App live on stores, day 7: payments, push and analytics included.

A typical agency quotes 4 to 6 months and bills iOS and Android as two projects. Here, one Flutter codebase serves both stores from day 1, and you talk directly to the people building. You get a 30-minute scoping call, then silence until launch.

  1. DAY 1 · MORNING

    Scoping

30 minutes to settle what ships in V1. Store accounts, branding, scope locked. You leave with a fixed price and a date: 7 days.

    • Scope locked
    • Price & date
  2. DAY 1-2

    Foundations

Accounts, navigation, real data, your visual identity. The app installs on your phone by day 1.

    • Installable app
    • iOS + Android in parallel
  3. DAY 3-5

    Features

Payments, content, notifications, back-office. Every feature is testable immediately. We prioritize what pays off fastest.

    • Testable build every day
  4. DAY 6-7

    Launch

Testing on real devices, store listings optimized, submission to Apple & Google. You get the app live, with its documentation.

    • Published iOS + Android
    • Code & documentation

If there's no build on your phone by day 1, we stop and you owe nothing.

Why the figure is set at kickoff

The same screen costs three times less when your data already exists, and three times more when an ERP has to be wired in. We settle the scope in 30 minutes, then the figure is written down and doesn't move.

What it costs to run

The package covers the build. Recurring costs are announced at kickoff and paid directly by you.

  • Apple developer account $99/year
  • Google developer account $25, one time
  • Hosting at launch ~€50/mo
  • Hosting at 10,000 active users ~€400/mo

What you own

At delivery, another team can take over without us.

The source code
Delivered and documented on your own Git repo on final payment. No license.
The accounts
App Store Connect, Google Play, hosting and payments, opened in your company's name.
The documentation
The architecture, the technical choices and how to ship an update.
Your data
Users, sales and analytics, exportable at any time.

Common questions

Why one week when an agency says six months?

One Flutter codebase for iOS and Android instead of two teams, and nobody between you and the people building. Plus: you have my WhatsApp, so no waiting.

What's the trade-off for the speed?

Scope. We cut hard at kickoff: the feature that creates the value goes first, the rest waits for the next version.

What if my app has to hold under load?

Evolum has been running for 7 years with over 100,000 users and 92% crash-free sessions, on €500 of infrastructure a month. An architecture set up properly on day one is what lets you add features fast later.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

It's the simplest case. You bring the business and the customers. Every week, we show you the app for 45 minutes and you tell us what rings true.

Is the figure set at kickoff really everything?

Yes for the build. The only extras are the recurring costs listed above (store accounts, hosting), paid directly by you, with no margin from us.

I already have an app that works badly. Can you take it over?

Often, yes. We start with a short audit: what can be saved, what must be rewritten, and what each option costs.

And after launch?

Either a clean handover, with documentation and training, so you take over or hire. Or Build Partner: we stay on your product monthly to keep shipping.

How is it paid?

A deposit at kickoff, the balance when the app is published on the stores.

The scoping call

Tell us what your app has to do.

30 minutes to decide what ships first. You leave with a firm figure and a launch date, even if we don't work together.
